Private Yoga Sessions
This is an option always available. I have been studying and practicing yoga for wellness since 1993 and teaching classes and private sessions since 2000. I create programs for specific ailments and diseases, seasonal wellness, and/or general goals of health, weight management, better sleep, less stress and peace of mind.
Programs can be designed to be short or long sessions, and have elements to address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Join me on the mat.
